An experienced multilingual/multicultural staff helps to ensure culturally sensitive and linguistically competent assistance for hundreds of non English-speakers, including Latino, Vietnamese, Chinese, Brazilian, Albanian, African and Cambodian newcomers. We have recently added Portuguese/English bilingual staff to accommodate the newly immigrant Portuguese-speaking Brazilians who are locating to Worcester in steadily increasing numbers.
