Primary Health Care provides "medical care for the whole family." The family practice model allows our provider to see individual health care needs in the context of a family's health and environmental circumstances. In many cases, our Primary Care services establish the first ongoing link between the patient and the health care system - a critical and necessary step in promoting wellness and preventing illness.
