Family Health works closely with Great Brook Valley Health Center and other Worcester health care providers on a special state-funded and federally-funded prenatal outreach and health initiative. Our staffs collaborate with other agencies in the community to provide prenatal care through the Healthy Families/First Steps state-funded home visiting initiatives. Through the Collaborative, FHC's prenatal Health Advocates conduct outreach to high-risk populations, including homeless women and non English-speaking Vietnamese and Latina women.
