Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. has been listed as one of Central Massachusetts' largest employers. Our staff includes dedicated and compassionate people with the latest training in health care and public service. In existence for 35 years, we are proud of our mission to improve the health and well-being of underserved and culturally diverse Worcester area residents by providing high quality, comprehensive and continuous primary health care, dental, behavioral health and social services. We respectfully and compassionately care for patients in the context of their family, culture and community.

Many of our staff have been recognized throughout our 35-year history for their contributions to health care, through support and management of innovative programs for families and individuals of all ages. We provide a wonderful environment for practitioners and health care professionals to collaborate on patient care while continuously improving processes and expanding services.

Since its inception in 1972, Family Health Center of Worcester has been the primary employment for residents from the surrounding neighborhoods. our commitment to provide jobs and training has earned appreciation throughout Worcester County. We have an active volunteer and internship program for those just entering the health care/social service arena.
