In 2000, Family Health implemented a Hepatitis C case management and health education program to meet the needs of the rapidly growing numbers of Hepatitis C infected patients. new Ryan White Title III expansion funds assist us in serving the HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C co-infected patient population.
