Family Nurse PractitionerSouthbridge Primary Care Practice

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive, cost effective health care to families including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment according to the standards of advanced nursing practice.  Graduate of an ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner program.  Master’s Degree in Nursing required.   Minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred with demonstrated ability to work independently.  Current licensure by Massachusetts Board of Nursing, board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Current DEA/Mass Controlled Substance license for prescriptive authority.  BLS required.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP) for Office Based Addictions Treatment (OBAT)
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive, cost effective health care to families which includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment according to the standards of advanced nursing practice.  Graduate of an ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner program.  Master’s Degree in Nursing required.  Preferred candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.  Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with complex patient care.  Current licensure MA Board of Nursing as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.  Current DEA/Mass Controlled Substance license for prescriptive authority.   BLS required.

Dentist:

Staff DentistGeneral Dentistry (full and part-time positions available) 
Our patients tell us that our Dentists and the entire Dental Team are wonderfully skilled and caring!  
As a Dental Residency (AEGD) site, must be fully licensed to practice dentistry; not accepting Limited License Dentists at this time.  
The Staff Dentist provides direct delivery of dental care, maintains and documents dental records, assists in providing follow-up care, assists in maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment.   Doctorate in General Family Dentistry from a U.S. accredited Dental School.  Two to three years of experience in community dentistry preferred. Must be fully licensed in Massachusetts to practice dentistry without limitations.  Position also requires current BLS.
Qualified candidates will be considered for Faculty appointment with NYU Lutheran AEGD Program

Pediatric Dentist (full or part-time position available) 
Will work in both Worcester and Southbridge locations.
Would you like to join our team to provide the community with pediatric dental services?  Are you interested in school-based prevention and restorative services?   The Pediatric Dentist must be licensed DDS or DMD in Massachusetts.  Three years of experience preferred.  Must have experience with restorative and prosthetic care to children.  Services are provided with caring support and behavioral management skills required in our “no sedation-no nitrous” environment.  Interest in developing a community-centered practice.  Opportunity to integrate care with medical team.  Qualified candidates will be considered for Faculty appointment with NYU Lutheran AEGD Program

Family Practice Physicians Family Practice Physician (no OB) – Southbridge Primary Care Practice
The Physician provides comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients.  Physicians are leaders in the organization and are involved in performance improvement, quality assurance, and in-service training.  Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree is required.  Three year Residency in Family Practice required.  Board Eligible/Board Certified.  Current licensure by MA Board required. Current DEA/MA licenses for prescriptive authority required.  Current BLS required.

Staff Physician; Family Practice – Walk-In Center/Urgent Care Physicians
The Staff Physician provides primary care and urgent care to patients.  Patients are provided with care and follow-up not commonly part of urgent care practices.    Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree is required.  Three-year Residency in Family Practice required.  Board Eligible/Board Certified.  Current licensure by MA Board required. Current DEA/MA licenses for prescriptive authority required.  Current BLS required. Requires evenings, some holidays, and Saturdays on a rotating basis.

Family Practice Physicians Family Practice Physician (no OB) 
The Physician provides comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients.  Physicians are leaders in the organization and are involved in performance improvement, quality assurance, and in-service training.  Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree is required.  Three year Residency in Family Practice required.  Board Eligible/Board Certified.  Current licensure by MA Board required. Current DEA/MA licenses for prescriptive authority required.  Current BLS required.

Family Practice Physicians Family Practice Physician (with OB) 
The Physician provides comprehensive and continuous primary care to a panel of patients.   Family Practice with OB will provide care of patients for labor & delivery.  Teaching and Faculty Appointment are part of this role.  Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree is required.  Three-year Residency in Family Practice or other Primary Care Specialty such as Internal Medicine required.  Board Eligible/Board Certified.  Current licensure by MA Board required. Current DEA/MA licenses for prescriptive authority required.  Current BLS required.

Medical Director -  Walk-In Center, Worcester, MA 
  • Family Practice no OB; 5 years of experience with progression towards leadership role
  • Urgent Care experience and Primary Care experience required
  • 50% clinical time/50% admin time
  • Operations open evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
Associate Medical Director for Southbridge Satellite Medical Site, Southbridge, MA    
  • Family Practice no OB; 3-5 years of experience; site leader for small site 
  • 75% clinical time/25% admin time
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; No Weekends/Holidays 
Medical Director - Primary Care Teams, Worcester MA
  • Family Practice no OB; No Call/No Rounds
  • 60% clinical time/40% admin time
  • 8 years of experience with progression in a leadership role 
  • Continuity Primary Care experience required; FQHC experience preferred
  • Hours of Operation:  Mondays – Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Evening sessions:  currently Mon, Tues, Thurs 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 
  • No weekends; No holidays
