Our compassionate and experienced professionals include licensed Social Workers, Psychologists, and licensed Mental Health Clinicians. We offer individual and family health counseling services, patient advocacy support, and HIV counseling and testing services. The staff in our department are fluent in several languages, and telephonic interpretation is also available.

Case Management and Advocacy-- Our multilingual advocates offer case management supportive services.
Homeless Families Program -- The Homeless Families program is open to patients who have children and are living in unstable housing situations. We understand that those experiencing homelessness have special needs during this time. Case managers work to ensure connections to medical, dental, and mental health services as well as referrals to other community agencies.
Food Stamp Enrollment Services --Patients may apply for food stamps at Family Health using an on-line application process. In addition, we provide information about food pantries in the area and other resources.
HIV Testing and Counseling (Open to Everyone!) -- Family Health Center offers free Rapid-HIV testing to individuals at risk. Patients of Family Health Center or community members may speak with a counselor and may benefit from risk reduction activities. Services are available Mondays through Fridays 8:00am – 5:30pm.
