School-based Sites

Family Health Center of Worcester operates health centers at a number of public schools in Worcester, MA. They are called School-Based Heath Centers; their locations and hours of operations are listed below. This program offers medical services to students enrolled in Doherty High School, Elm Park Community School, Goddard School of Science and Technology, University Park Campus School, South High Community School, Sullivan Middle School, and Woodland and Claremont Academies. These centers work closely with students and their parents to provide primary health services, sports medicine, emergency services, immunization, dental services and wellness and exercise programs.

Parents or guardians of students who attend these schools can enroll their children in a school-based health center. A nurseis available to see your child (sick or well-visits) at one of those centers, while working with your child’s primary care provider to to make sure s/he is getting the best possible care. We also offer mental health services and dental check-ups to students enrolled in our school based health centers.
