Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program

What is the Ryan White HIV/AIDS grant program?

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program is a federally funded program that provides HIV-related services in the United States for those who do not have sufficient health care coverage or financial resources for coping with HIV disease. FHCW is a Part C grantee providing early intervention services. The Part C Early Intervention Services component of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funds comprehensive primary health care in an outpatient setting for people living with HIV disease.

Patients enrolled in the Ryan White Part C program at FHCW are provided high quality health and social services by a multi-disciplinary team observing the strictest standards of confidentiality in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. We believe that our patients should be empowered to be active participants in their care, and recognize that treating the whole person, not just the disease is essential.
