Take Bus Route 7 or Bus Route 6 and ask to get off at Family Health Center. The WRTA Bus Route 7 stops at the front door of Family Health Center.

Driving Directions
From All Points East / West
-Take the Mass Pike, I-90 West, to Exit 10A
-Follow signs for Rte 146 North
-Follow 146N to the end of the highway and continue straight through the light onto Quinsigamond Avenue; continue straight to the end of the road at a stop sign.
-Turn R onto Southbridge Street, bear L after the fire station on your left, then immediately bear R to continue straight on Southbridge Street. Coney Island Hot Dogs will be on your R.
-Take a left at the first traffic light onto Chandler Street.
-Travel one mile on Chandler (Rte 122) through several lights. Take a left at the light onto Queen Street.
-Drive one block past the brick buildings on your R. The parking lot entrance is on the right.
