Holy Cross College, Michael Graves
Mike Graves is from Millbury, MA. He is a nationally recognized landscape painter who was a student and colleague of Bernard Corey, one of New England’s foremost plein air painters. Mike paints in the manner of the Cape Ann School. His images include scenes of Maine, Vermont, and other picturesque New England locales. He has received over 70 awards and medals, been featured in a variety of publications, and is inducted into numerous national art associations. He is a member of the Rockport Art Association and the Lyme (Conn.) Art Association. His work is in the permanent collection of the Butler Institute of American Art, and was selected for inclusion in the national Arts for the Parks competition for the Top 100 Paintings of National Parks.
